User data deletion

At CODEXMAX we respect your right to have your personal data deleted. Here is how to request it, including data we obtained through WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook.

How to request deletion

1. Email ventas@codexmax.pro with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include your name and the identifier you contacted us with: your WhatsApp number, Instagram username or Facebook profile. If you talked to a business that uses our platform, include the business name too.
3. You can also type "delete my data" in the same chat where you talked to us.

To protect your privacy, we may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting.

What we delete

• Your contact record and identifying data (name, phone and social media identifiers).
• The message and comment history associated with you.
• Notes, tags and appointments linked to you.

Timeline

We confirm receipt of your request and complete it within 15 days at most. Backups are automatically overwritten within 35 days at most.

What we may keep

Only what the law requires us to keep (for example, tax records of invoices) or what is strictly necessary to handle a claim, in a limited way and blocked for any other use.

If you talked to another business

If you talked to a business that uses the CODEXMAX platform, that business is the controller of your data and we are the processor. You can still send us your request and we will handle it together with the business.

Remove the app's access on Facebook

You can also remove our app's access from Facebook: Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites, select the app and choose Remove. Then send us your request as described above.
